This is a simple and quick recipe that is a great addition to yogurt, porridge, granola, pancakes or even to replace jam.
Grab some fresh rhubarb, fresh plums, dried apples. Boil some water in a pan, add coconut sugar and the fruit.
Boil until the fruits are wilted down. Keep going until you are happy with the consistency.
Leave to cool and keep in the fridge until it is gone!!!
