We’ve all been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day....... I don’t know who started this rumour, but they clearly have never had a proper brunch!!

I fell in love with brunch in Copenhagen! They know how to brunch! The Danes consider brunch as the kickstart to your day and if the meal is rushed they believe this will cause stress and a lack of focus throughout the day. Therefore a relaxed brunch with family and friends will provide a relaxed and calm vibe to the day ahead.

Get up earlier, put aside twenty minutes each morning to make and then enjoy your breakfast. This will bring a more peaceful vibe to your morning routine.

Change it up, add cinnamon, maple syrup, flax seeds or frozen berries to your oatmeal and mix up sweet and savoury by serving oatmeal alongside eggs, cold meat or rye bread.
