Lunchtime at the Factory!

A busy morning in the Fit Girl Factory studio means refuelling for lunch. Best way for me is to fill up on veggies!

Courgette, tomatoes, beets, sprouting broccoli and carrots! Sprinkling of pink salt and olive oil.

These took 5 minutes to chop and in the oven to roast for an hour or so!

No excuses!!
