On a Sunday I want to eat incredible food that is nourishing and healthy but quick and easy!
Last Sunday’s Simple Supper was Baked Paprika Salmon, wrapped up in foil and baked for 10 minutes. A colourful salad of chopped cherry tomatoes, lollo rosso, sprouted alfalfa, chickpeas, quinoa and lentils with three dips of hummus, sriracha chilli sauce and tahini, soy and lime.
Took around 15 minutes!!!
